Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a tracking link.
You can click the link to see real-time updates from our courier partner.
If you haven’t received tracking info within 48 hours, please contact us at support@bingebasket.com.

2️⃣ What are the delivery timelines?

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–6 working days
Remote Areas: 5–8 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, courier delays, or festivals.

3️⃣ Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! COD is available for select pin codes across India.
A small COD handling fee may apply.
Please ensure your phone number is reachable for order confirmation before dispatch.

Cancellations after dispatch aren’t possible — but you can request a return after delivery.

You must share a complete unboxing video within 3 days of delivery to qualify.

Yes, exchanges are available for damaged or wrong products and size-related issues (where applicable).
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
