1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Pan-India to all serviceable PIN codes via our trusted courier partners, including:
Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, ShadowFax, Ecom Express, and other verified delivery networks.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster dispatch.

COD orders may require verification via call or WhatsApp before processing.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

Remote / Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹499

A standard ₹49 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499

In rare cases, remote location surcharges may apply. Customers will be informed in advance.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

A shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number

A tracking link to follow your shipment in real time on the courier’s website
If you haven’t received tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.
6. Delays & Unavailable Delivery Areas
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, lockdowns, or other factors beyond our control.
If your PIN code is unserviceable, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund for prepaid orders.
7. Missed or Undelivered Packages

If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt re-delivery.

If repeated delivery attempts fail or incorrect contact details are provided, the package may be returned to us.

Re-dispatch will require additional shipping charges.
Please ensure that your phone number and address are accurate and reachable.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available for select PIN codes only.

A nominal COD handling charge may apply.

All COD orders require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Unverified COD orders may be cancelled automatically.
9. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
